| When senior Congress ministers headed out to Surajkund for a day-long brainstorming session today, they left behind their visible sign of power: lal batti-fitted government cars. All of them, including Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, left Delhi in a bus, a modest means of transport, used by the aam admi.
