Pinki Pramanik not capable of rape, say medical reports |

| After 26 days in jail, Asian Games Gold medalist, Pinki Pramanik, who was accused of raping her room-mate, was released on bail. The judge exonerated her saying that preliminary reports suggest, Pinki's incapable of rape. The judge at the North 24 Parganas district court had observed that Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, which deals with rape could not be applied in the case.
