Garrett McNamara surfs world record 100-foot wave |

| The Hawaiian surfer Garrett McNamara is said to have broken his own world record for the largest wave surfed when he caught a wave reported to be around 100ft off the coast of Nazaré, Portugal. If it holds up to anywhere close to 100' it would break his previous world record that was recognized as 78' by Guinness (shown in the video).
